Any funds paid towards bidding on Healthcare4pennies.com are non-refundable.
The vouchers are used for healthcare offices or resellers of healthcare items only.
If you won the auction and used our voucher to engage in service with a doctor, your relationship is with him and not with us. Any malpractice, and disappointments on your part, potential disputes, overcharges etc. are between you and your doctor.
You doctor can refund you the unused or disputed money, as once we have paid him for services, in full or partial, he will or should be delivering services to you based upon his and your agreement. Thus, it is all between you and him.
Healthcare4Pennies is out of the picture and never is responsible for any choices you made in terms of which doctor you worked with or which healthcare reseller you bought from with the money you won.
This applies also to healthcare items you bid on and win from our site.
Any unused bids will remain in your account until you use them and will not be refunded. Any bids used towards bidding are not refunded.
While winning a great deal happens on those penny auction sites with great frequency, we acknowledge that there still must be losers as otherwise the numbers do not work out.
First of all, if you lose the auction, you still have a chance to purchase the item at 10% discount within 7 days AND we will credit the bids that you have used back to your account. Thus you just got a 10% discount and had a free entertainment. You can re-use your bids towards the next auction.
In order to be able to purchase the package at a 10% discount and get all your bids credited back into your account you will have to have shown real intention to win the bid, and not just have placed a bid or two and then get the 10% discount.
We request that you have been bidding enough bids to be worth 5% of the package. For e.g.: A $250 retail package will require $12.50 of bidding (approx. 25 bids).
You must submit a request through our online form to purchase the item at 10% off and upon verification, we will issue the bids credit and provide you a voucher for the 10% discount towards the health package, to be used any doctor's office.
Second of all, be RESPONSIBLE when bidding.
Any time excitement takes over, logical thinking can easily go out the window. The above is true for any auction anywhere.
While it is definitely possible to pick up phenomenal deals for pennies on the dollar, one can often also be the loser. One can also easily go on a losing streak.
Thus one should never bid money that one cannot lose without major repercussions.
Good luck, and know your boundaries.
